THE PROMOTION:
The information posted on our social media on how to enter a specific Promotion will form part of these Terms. But if there is an inconsistency between these Terms and the Promotion Post these Terms will prevail.
The promotion period runs from 10:00am 22 April 2024 to 11:59 19th May 2024 ("Promotion Period").
One lucky winner will win a Samsung 65" UHD Smart TV valued at RRP NZ$2899.95 ("Prize").
“The Prize” is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason we unfortunately can’t provide the Prize, we’ll give you another prize of the same (or greater) value.
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible to enter this Promotion, you’ll need to be living in NZ and aged 18 years or over.
Employees and contractors of Mercury NZ Limited, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
To give all entries a fair chance, you can only enter the Promotion once.
We want our Promotions to be fair for everyone, so if we receive any incomplete, illegible, ‘hacked’ or fraudulent looking entries on any of our wonderful Promotions, we may not be able to accept that entry.
To enter the Promotion, simply complete the ‘What's Your Broadband Type Quiz' online at page.mercury.co.nz/broadband-quiz, provide us with your contact details and agree to us contacting you about the quiz and our products and services.
By completing and submitting your ‘What's Your Broadband Type Quiz ' form, you will receive 1 entry into the draw to win. Submitting the ‘What's Your Broadband Type Quiz' multiple times will not count as additional entries.
There is a maximum of one entry per person.
PICKING THE WINNER:
All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will go in the draw. The winners will be randomly drawn within five working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
For the broadband quiz giveaway, if you're a lucky winner we will notify you by using the contact details you provide in the form within seven days of the prize draw. If you cannot be contacted by us within seven days, Mercury may choose to redraw another winner at its discretion.
If you win the Prize you agree to participate in publicity generated by Mercury and agree to the use of your name for promotional purposes.
Delivery of the Prize will be arranged to your address within 15 working days of these terms being accepted. We will need to share your details with third parties for the purpose of delivering the Prize.
Mercury agrees to procure the manufacturer’s warranty for the TV on your behalf however following delivery of the TV, you will be responsible for making warranty claims to the manufacturer in respect of any defects.
PRIVACY:
We’re committed to protecting your privacy. We’ll only collect and use your details for the purposes of running this Promotion and to contact you about Mercury’s products and services.

Mercury and its suppliers will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (including personal injury) that you might suffer through participating in the Promotion or winning (or not winning) any prize.
