We’ve launched a new app to improve your service experience. Please follow the steps below to delete our old app. With our new app, you can continue to use your same My Account login, do the same wonderful things and more.

1. delete our old app
Delete Mercury Go, as it no longer works. The easiest way to identify this app is to look for the tile with our logo in a white circle.
To delete this, hold down on the app tile until a menu appears, and select 'Remove App' or 'Uninstall'.
2. download our new app
Click on the button below to download the new Mercury App from the App Store or Google Play.
