Our pre-employment assessments assist us in selecting and developing high performing staff. They enable us to see whether you would be a great fit with Trustpower and the role you’ve applied for. Assessments can include verbal, numerical and logical reasoning, as well as a personality profile.
Please note: Depending on the role you are applying for, there may be additional steps in this process (an initial phone interview, for example).
