Retrieving Data

To help you budget to pay your Trustpower account, we offer a range of payment options. These include being able to choose the date your payment is due and SmoothPay. But if you’re having difficulty paying your account, contact us urgently, so we can make the best arrangement. Our Customer Service Representatives are always ready to help.

Advice and support

Depending where you live, you may have access to free local budgeting advice. We suggest the Citizens Advice Bureau for helpful guidance. You may be able to access support from The Society of St Vincent de Paul.

If you don’t pay your account

If you don’t pay your Trustpower account, we’ll post or email you a reminder. If you still don’t pay, or if you have a history of late payment, we may start the process of disconnecting your power, gas, phone or internet connection. You may face additional service fees and costs. For details, please contact us, or read the Customer Service Agreement which we both agreed to when you began your plan.
