Log in to your Trustpower MyAccount and select your preferred rebate method
Eligible Trustpower customers in Tauranga City and the Western Bay of Plenty can access and manage their rebate through their Trustpower MyAccount.
Eligible customers can choose one of the following options for each TECT rebate:
Once a selection has been made, that payment option will continue for all future rebates. Customers do not need to select again unless they wish to change the payment option.
*If you close your power account while any rebate payments (or part of any rebate payments) remain as credit on your account, and if Trustpower is unable to contact you about the credit, that credit will be returned to TECT 12 months after the date the credit was applied to your account.
Managing your TECT rebate is easy. If you’ve already signed up for a MyTrustpower account you’re good to go. Simply log in and choose your preferred rebate method.
If you’re not a MyTrustpower user you’ll need to register, but don’t worry it’s quick and easy. With a MyTrustpower account you can not only manage your TECT rebate but also monitor your usage, view your upcoming bills and set payment options.
