Voice calling charges include any calls made to another number, and do not use an App or video. Voice calls to standard New Zealand & Australian mobiles and landlines are only charged at standard rates once your Mobile Plan, and any Add Ons you may have, are used up.
Voice calls to 0900 numbers and 3 Way Calling are charged on a minute + minute basis, meaning every time your call goes over another minute it will be charged for the full minute. All other voice calling charges in the table above are charged on a minute + second basis.
Video calling refers to any calls you make where you opt to use your video call function (excluding calls made from an App).
Video calls to any NZ mobile is charged on a minute + minute basis, meaning every time your call goes over another minute it will be charged for the full minute. All other video calling charges in the table above are charged on a minute + second basis.
See below charges for text messages (SMS) and photo/video messages (MMS) sent with various file formats, and to different providers and locations.

There are no standard rates for data. If you use all the data within your plan allowance, and any applicable Add On or Auto Allowance data, you will need to purchase an additional data Add On to continue using data services, or wait for your monthly plan to renew.
Note: All prices include GST. Not all services and their charges are listed. Some less common services such as Special Voice Calls, Call Forwarding, Call Diversions, GST Exempt Text Services (Charities), Mobile Minicall etc. can be charged without warning and we are only able to provide the charge amount once advised by the charger.
