Retrieving Data

If you do not update the settings in your modem, you will no longer be able to connect to the internet. To change your settings, you need to log in to your modem. Find out how to do this here:


Once you have logged in to your modem, you will need the following settings:


  • DHCP with Dynamic IP - enabled
  • NAT - enabled
  • VLAN ID – 10
  • DNS Servers
    - Primary – 202.74.33.0
    - Secondary – 202.74.33.1
