The 12 month term starts 14 days from the date of your confirmation letter or when your broadband service is connected with Trustpower, whichever is the later. The per month unlimited data broadband price includes a $15 per month bundle discount which applies provided you also take power. This bundle discount will no longer apply if you switch power provider during the 12 month term. Your price for broadband applies for months 4 - 12 of the Term. If you switch your power provider during the first three months of the Term, you will not receive the free broadband offer for the remainder of the first three months of the Term.

Exit Fees
A $449 exit fee is payable if you switch or terminate your power or broadband services during the 12 month term.

We aim to provide the fastest speed available for your broadband connection, which is up to 100mbps download speed and up to 20mbps upload speed when you are on the 100/20 fibre plan. For the 200/20 fibre plan this is up to 200mbps download speed and up to 20mbps upload speed. For the 200/200 fibre speed this is up to 200mbps download speed and up to 200mbps upload speed. However actual speeds may vary and are affected by many factors which may be outside our control.

††If your home is more than 200m from where the fibre cable access point is on the street, or you need additional internal wiring there may be an additional installation cost. If your phone and/or broadband service is not active and you require a new connection for ADSL or VDSL, you will be a minimum connection fee of $63. If a technician is dispatched to the property or exchange in order to complete the connection, there may be a further charge of $63, but this additional charge could be up to $263.53. Should additional non-standard work be required to complete your connection, a quote will be provided.

**Bonus incentive 
Depending on the bonus incentive selected, the following applies:

12 months NEON:

> Within 2 weeks of your agreement you will receive an email with an activation code link that will provide access to NEON. When you click on the activation code link in the email it will take you directly to the NEON website. 
> Existing customers will need to sign in, and new customers will need to sign up and create an account. 
> Your activation code will be automatically populated for your 12 month discount within the NEON website for you. You just need to click apply the promotion when prompted. If you are a new NEON customer you will need to enter payment details to activate your account and code. 
> The activation code link must be activated by 30 April 2018, otherwise it will expire. 
> Existing NEON customers who already have a promotion code, will not be able to apply the activation code until their current promotion has expired. If your existing promotion code extends beyond 30 April 2018 you will need to choose a different bonus incentive. 
> You will have access to NEON for 12 months from the date of activation. You will have access to the subscription elements of your NEON service only, and will not have access to any other pass or service. 
> If you are a new subscriber to NEON you will also be eligible for any trial period that NEON may offer to new subscribers, and your 12 month NEON access under this agreement will commence at the end of any trial period offered by NEON. 
> NEON is a subscription service, therefore as part of joining NEON you will be required to enter in your details including credit card information. At the end of the 12 month access period you receive under this offer, your NEON subscription will continue and your credit card will be charged according to NEON’s subscription pricing terms. If you no longer want to subscribe to NEON beyond the initial 12 month period you will need to cancel the subscription via the My Account section of the NEON website. The cancellation will take effect from the end of the subscription period in which you cancel.

4 months FAN PASS:

> Existing FAN PASS customers who already have a current pass, will not be able to apply the activation code until their current pass has expired. If your pass extends beyond 30 April 2018 you will need to choose a different bonus incentive. 
> You will have access to FAN PASS for 4 months from the date of activation. You will have access to the subscription elements of your FAN PASS service only, and will not have access to any other pass or service. 
> A FAN PASS ‘month’ is 31 days, so your pass will be valid for 4 x 31 days. 
> A FAN PASS does not auto renew and you do not need to cancel it. Once your 4 months have expired you will no longer be able to access FAN PASS and your subscription will have ended.
