Graduate Programme - 3 years
At TrustPower we aim to develop industry experts who maximise leverage in new or improved opportunities; while being provided with a thorough grounding in the electricity industry. In addition, we aim to develop leadership capability through mentoring, support and growth opportunities for our graduates.

You will need to:

• Be open to change and have a desire to succeed
• Be ambitious and positive
• Have the skills and drive to become one of our leaders and impact our business
• Have graduated in the last six months or are about to graduate
• Want to enjoy the opportunity to initiate and deliver commercially focused projects with a passion for setting and achieving goals
• Have excellent communication skills, enabling you to communicate with a wide variety of audiences
• Enjoy working with a motivated team
