TrustPower was the first retailer to recognise the need to support our commercial customers and the first (and still one of the few) retailers to establish a nationwide team of key Account Managers.

Being Accessible

During the reforms TrustPower was the first retailer to recognise the customer’s need for support and face to face contact and responded by establishing a team of key Account Managers nationwide. We are still one of the few retailers to offer this level of support and our team will come to your site no matter where you are to ensure you get the service and advice you need.

Experience Counts

Customers that are seeking to make gains in energy efficiency and via demand response value the face to face contact and experience of our commercial team. Each team member has at least 5 years experience in the role with most well into double figures. Many of the team also have relevant technical qualifications and it is this combination of experience and knowledge that enables us to help you focus on securing the quick wins.

We Provide the Tools
